Acceptable Use Policy

Claiming a spot means you’re paying for public promotional placement — not purchasing an unconditional right to display anything you want, forever. This page explains what isn’t allowed and what happens if your listing breaks the rules.

Not allowed

• Phishing, malware, or credential-harvesting pages of any kind.
• Impersonation of a real person, brand, or organization you don’t represent.
• Adult content, or content that is illegal in the jurisdictions we operate in.
• Hate speech, harassment, or content that targets a person or group.
• Gambling, scams, pyramid/Ponzi schemes, or misleading financial offers.
• URL shorteners or redirect chains that hide your real destination from review.

How moderation works

New spots go live immediately after Stripe confirms your payment — we don’t hold listings for pre-approval. Every listing is reviewable after the fact: admins can archive or reject a listing at any time, and anyone can flag a spot with the “Report this spot” button on its page.

A rejected spot is removed from the Wall, the leaderboard, search, and its outbound link stops working immediately. If we reject a listing that cannot reasonably be corrected (categories above), we refund the most recent payment for that listing. We do not automatically refund a spot that is displaced into the Archive by other spots outranking it — archival is a normal, disclosed part of how the Wall works, not a moderation action.

Not gambling

Every payment on this site is an incremental boost to a public listing’s ranking. There are no prizes, payouts, cash-outs, lotteries, or randomized outcomes of any kind — ranking is determined entirely by the total amount verifiably paid, sorted publicly and deterministically.
